Drafting and vetting legal documents, agreements etc.; Legal Notices and Replies to Legal Notices
Knowledge and exposure to Civil, Criminal, Consumer and Labour Litigation
Ability review and/or draft legal documents such as Plaints, written statements, affidavits etc.
Correspondence with statutory authorities and trade bodies eg. Replies to notices
Compliance under Company Law and other corporate laws for parent company and group entities, maintaining statutory registers
Preparing Minutes of Meeting; Drafting Resolutions as and when required; Co-ordination with internal Depts. and Business Units
Compliance with Reserve Bank of India like submission of Balance Sheet, FC-GPR, FC-TRS etc.
Compliances under Companies Act, 2013 and Acts applicable to Pvt. Ltd, LLP and NBFCs
Annual return on Foreign Liabilities and Assets under FEMA Act
Uploading of various e-forms with MCA portal as per the Companies Act, 2013
Preparing Notice, Agenda and Minutes of Board Meeting, Annual General Meeting and Extra Ordinary General Meeting
Preparing ODI forms for remittance of funds to Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) companies
Works related to the transfer & transmission of shares, Buyback, redemption of preference shares
Coordinating with various departments of the Company for providing any secretarial information or document required by them
Providing data information to the Statutory Auditors of the Company for Audit
CSR related compliance and filing of necessary forms with MCA
Domain Expertise / Functional Skills
Company Law, FEMA, NBFC, employment and labour laws and related regulatory matters
Vetting and drafting of legal documents
Filings of e-forms with ROC
Filing of legal and statutory documents and record keeping
Education - CS & LLB.
Job Location - Kandivali East
Job Time - 8.45 AM to 5.45 AM
Working Days - Mon to Sat, we have 18 Saturday off annually.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
