About the Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on technician with strong experience in both electrical and mechanical systems—especially focused on utility equipment like compressors, panels, ventilation, and water systems. This role is vital to ensuring optimal performance across the plant’s infrastructure.

- Job Description – Mechanical Maintenance
The Mechanical Maintenance professional is responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe operation of plant machinery through effective maintenance practices. The role includes preventive, breakdown, predictive, and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
Key responsibilities include inspection, servicing, repair, and replacement of mechanical equipment such as gearboxes, bearings, shafts, couplings, and rotating machinery. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of bearing types, alignment, balancing, and lubrication practices to prevent equipment failures.
The role also requires sound knowledge of hydraulic systems, including hydraulic pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses, and oil management. The candidate should be able to identify and rectify issues such as leakage, pressure loss, overheating, and contamination.
Strict adherence to safety procedures such as LOTO, PPE usage, and permit-to-work is mandatory. Maintaining maintenance records, analyzing breakdowns, and coordinating with production teams are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 2–6 years of experience in plant maintenance or utility operations
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical infrastructure
- Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and wiring diagrams
- Experience with maintenance tools and diagnostic instruments
- Comfortable working with high-tension systems and confined-space equipment
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with RO plant operations and softener system maintenance
- Knowledge of HVAC ventilation layout, lighting system setups, and door mechanics
- CMMS or maintenance scheduling experience
