JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Sales Coordinator to join our team at VR Klable, Bawana. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales-related documentation, coordinating with the sales team, handling customer data, and ensuring smooth back-office operations to support front-end sales activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain sales orders, invoices, and quotations accurately
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing, follow-ups, and dispatch scheduling
- Handle CRM software to update customer data, track leads, and generate reports
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports for management
- Ensure timely communication with clients via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of all sales-related records
- Coordinate with logistics / dispatch team for timely delivery of orders
- Assist in stock/inventory management and reconciliation
- Handle customer complaints and escalate to the concerned team
- Support senior sales staff in preparing presentations and proposals
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce / Zoho / any other)
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
- Strong data entry and typing skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
