B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing (Preferred)
Registered Nurse & Midwife with State Nursing Council
Minimum 2+ Years of Experience as Principal (Mandatory)
Strong Leadership, Administration & Academic Management Skills
Knowledge of Nursing Council Rules & Regulatory Compliance
Key Responsibilities:-
Academic & Administrative Leadership
Faculty Supervision & Development
Student Affairs Management
Regulatory Compliance
Resource & Budget Management
Important Note:1-Year Bond is Mandatory
First Month Salary will be kept as a Security Deposit (Refundable as per Company Policy)
Two Original Educational Documents must be submitted and will be retained for the 1-year bond period
