Job Summary
Special You is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Executive (Finished Goods) to manage finished goods inventory, maintain stock accuracy, and ensure smooth coordination between production, warehouse, and dispatch teams. The ideal candidate should have experience in inventory management, stock reconciliation, and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate records of finished goods inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage of finished products.
- Perform daily inventory updates and stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely movement of finished goods.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits and cycle counts.
- Prepare inventory reports, stock movement reports, and MIS reports.
- Identify inventory discrepancies and take corrective actions.
- Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward stock movements.
- Maintain inventory accuracy in ERP/software systems and Excel records.
- Support warehouse operations and ensure compliance with inventory control procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or finished goods handling.
- Good knowledge of inventory control processes and stock management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Inventory Management Software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
