Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HOD – Contractual Billing to lead and manage end-to-end billing and quantity management for EPCC projects involving both civil and electrical works. The role requires strong expertise in contractual billing, BOQ management, and coordination with execution teams to ensure accurate and timely billing aligned with project progress.
Key ResponsibilitiesContractual Billing & Quantity Management
- Lead and control end-to-end contractual billing for all civil and electrical projects.
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs, analysis, reconciliation, and variation analysis based on drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Prepare and submit RA Bills, Final Bills, Deviation Statements, Extra Item Statements, and Claims.
- Validate measurements through Measurement Books (MBs), Joint Measurements, DPRs, and site records.
- Ensure billed quantities align with approved drawings, contracts, and actual site progress.
Composite Works (Civil & Electrical) Billing
- Oversee billing for integrated EPCC projects, including civil structures, foundations, and electrical works (cabling, lighting, power systems, etc.).
- Ensure proper segregation and consolidation of civil and electrical billing components as per contract terms.
- Coordinate with civil and electrical site teams for accurate quantity certification and documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of contractual billing, BOQs, and quantity surveying.
- Experience in EPCC projects (Civil + Electrical).
- Proficiency in billing documentation such as RA bills, final bills, and claims.
- Ability to interpret drawings and specifications accurately.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Good coordination and communication skills with site and project teams.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of contract management and FIDIC/standard contract practices.
- Experience in handling government or infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with billing
