Role Overview
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing activities for real estate projects including residential, commercial, and redevelopment developments. The role involves both digital and offline marketing, lead generation support, branding, channel partner coordination, and ensuring visibility of projects in the target market.
The incumbent will play a key role in driving qualified leads, strengthening brand presence, and supporting sales performance through effective marketing strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Execution
- Execute marketing plans and campaigns for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
- Support development of branding strategies, project positioning, and promotional activities.
- Assist in planning launch events, site promotions, and project marketing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for campaign execution.
Digital Marketing Support
- Coordinate digital marketing activities including Google Ads, Meta campaigns, SEO, and social media promotions.
- Monitor lead generation performance from digital campaigns.
- Work with digital agencies to optimize campaign performance and lead quality.
- Track online engagement and provide performance reports to management.
Lead Generation & Management
- Support generation of quality leads through online and offline channels.
- Track lead sources and ensure proper data capture in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales and CRM teams for lead conversion tracking.
- Analyze lead performance and recommend improvements in campaigns.
Branding & Promotional Activities
- Assist in development of marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, banners, hoardings, and digital creatives.
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing platforms and materials.
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, and printers for timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Support on-site branding and signage installation for projects.
Channel Partner & Broker Marketing
- Coordinate with channel partners, brokers, and agencies for lead generation support.
- Conduct broker meets, incentive programs, and promotional events.
- Maintain relationships with external sales partners and ensure project awareness.
- Share project updates, offers, and marketing materials with partners.
Event & Field Marketing
- Organize site visits, project launches, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Coordinate logistics for marketing events and customer engagement activities.
- Support on-ground marketing activities such as canopy setups, leafleting, and outreach campaigns.
- Ensure effective participation in real estate exhibitions and property fairs.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing MIS reports.
- Track campaign performance, lead conversion rates, and marketing ROI.
- Maintain updated records of all marketing activities and expenses.
- Provide insights and feedback on market trends and competitor activities.
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Pre-Sales, Design, Digital Agencies, and External Vendors.
- Work closely with senior management for campaign planning and execution.
- Ensure smooth communication between marketing and sales teams for lead flow management.
- Support management in strategic marketing decision-making.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in Marketing / Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in Real Estate Marketing or related industry.
- Strong understanding of digital and offline marketing strategies.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or redevelopment real estate preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Strong creative and branding understanding.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns.
- Vendor and agency management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
- Analytical mindset with performance tracking ability.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
