Key Responsibilities
Shift Leadership & Manpower Management
- Coordinate shop floor operators, including furnace operators, core makers, molders, and material handlers.
- Delegate daily assignments based on the production schedule and individual skill sets.
- Conduct pre-shift toolbox talks to communicate daily targets and safety reminders.
- Train and onboard new hires on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and heavy machinery operation.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
