Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Environmental Engineer to develop, implement, and monitor environmental management programs. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with environmental regulations, minimize environmental impact, and support sustainable practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with environmental laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct environmental impact assessments and risk analyses.
- Monitor air, water, soil, and waste management activities.
- Develop and implement environmental management systems (EMS).
- Prepare and submit environmental reports, permits, and regulatory documentation.
- Conduct environmental audits and inspections.
- Recommend sustainable solutions to reduce pollution and improve resource efficiency.
- Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, and regulatory agencies.
- Investigate environmental incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct environmental awareness and compliance training for employees.
- Monitor hazardous waste handling and disposal as per statutory requirements.
- Support sustainability initiatives, including energy conservation and carbon footprint reduction.
Required Skills

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering (Environmental specialization), or a related field.
- Master's degree in Environmental Engineering is an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in environmental engineering, EHS, sustainability, or environmental compliance.
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, or industrial projects is preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Familiarity with ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
- Knowledge of environmental permits and statutory compliance.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel to project sites, if required.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
