About the Role
Mac Power Systems is looking for a motivated and technically skilled Service Engineer to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of industrial battery chargers, power supply systems, and related electrical/electronic equipment at customer sites.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: ITI Pass in Electrical or Electronics
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
- Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic circuits
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment and identify faults
- Willingness to travel for field service assignments
- Good communication and customer handling skills
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and commissioning of battery chargers and power systems
- Preventive and corrective maintenance at customer locations
- Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic equipment faults
- Prepare service reports and maintain service records
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers
- Ensure timely completion of service activities
- Follow company safety and quality standards
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of industrial battery chargers and power electronics
- Understanding of electrical wiring diagrams and schematics
- Basic computer knowledge for report preparation
