Hiring: Business Head – International Business & Domestic Sales*
Location: Ernakulam, Kerala
CTC: Up to ₹21 LPA
We are seeking a seasoned *Business Head – International Business & Domestic Sales* to drive aggressive growth across global and domestic markets within the FMCG/Food Products sector.
*Primary Focus: 75% International Business / Export Sales*
*Secondary Focus: 25% Domestic Sales & Distribution*
- Key Responsibilities:
- Expand and strengthen export business across key international markets
- Develop relationships with overseas distributors, importers, and channel partners
- Identify new export opportunities and drive international revenue growth
- Lead commercial negotiations with global customers and strategic partners
- Manage domestic sales channels including distributors, General Trade, Modern Trade, and Institutional Sales
- Develop sales strategies, forecasts, and annual business plans
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
- Build and lead high-performing sales and business development team
- Desired Profile:
- 10–15+ years of experience in FMCG, Food Processing, Bakery, Confectionery, Frozen Foods, or Consumer Products
- Strong track record in *International Business Development and Export Sales*
- Experience handling global distributors, importers, and export markets
- Exposure to domestic sales and channel management
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and leadership skills
- MBA preferred
