We are now hiring Travel Consultants for our Kochi office to join our growing telecalling sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound tour inquiries via phone, WhatsApp & email
- Convert leads into bookings for Alleppey houseboat packages
- Assist clients in selecting packages and planning itineraries
- Follow up with prospects to ensure conversion
- Maintain daily sales reports and CRM updates
Candidate Requirements:
- Fluent spoken English – mandatory
- Hindi or Tamil – an added advantage
- Excellent communication and persuasive sales skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Excel, CRM, emails)
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Salary & Incentives:
- Freshers: ₹12,000/month + incentives
- Experienced: ₹15,000/month + incentives
- Average monthly salary: ₹25,000 (with incentives)
- High-performance incentives for top performers
