Job Title: Sales Executive – Interior Design

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Sales Executive with experience in the interior design industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional personality, and a passion for converting prospects into satisfied clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle and qualify inbound leads generated through various marketing channels.
2. Meet with prospective clients to understand their interior design requirements and budget.
3. Present design solutions, company offerings, and pricing in a professional manner.
4. Build strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
5. Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
6. Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up until deal closure.
7. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
9. Represent the company professionally during client meetings and site visits.
Requirements
1. 3–4 years of sales experience in the interior design, modular furniture, home interiors, or related industry.
2. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
3. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Confident personality with a professional appearance.
5. Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
6. Comfortable meeting clients and conducting site visits.
7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
1. Experience in residential interior sales.
2. Strong understanding of modular kitchens, wardrobes, living spaces, and complete home interiors.
3. Ability to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
4. Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
