A Founder's Office Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, working closely with leadership to drive strategic initiatives, manage high-priority projects, and streamline operations. If you're highly organized, adaptable, and eager to take on diverse challenges, we want you!
What will you do? (be awesome!)
- Strategic Initiatives: Work directly with founders to execute business strategies and key projects.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate across departments to improve processes and efficiency.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Research trends and provide insights for business growth.
- Operations & Execution: Oversee critical tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and communications.

- 2+ years experience in business strategy, operations, consulting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with a structured approach to execution.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management abilities.
- Adaptability & initiative to thrive in an evolving startup environment.
- Proficiency in Sheets, Docs, Slides, and data analysis tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
