Clinical Duties
- Examine and assess patients on admission and during rounds
- Provide immediate medical care in emergency situations
- Diagnose illnesses and initiate appropriate treatment
- Stabilize critically ill patients before consultant review
- Assist consultants during patient evaluation and procedures
Patient Care
- Monitor patient progress and maintain proper documentation
- Ensure timely administration of medications and treatment
- Respond promptly to patient complaints and emergencies
- Maintain high standards of patient safety and care
Coordination
- Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments
- Inform consultants about critical patient conditions
- Assist in referrals and patient transfers when required
Documentation
- Maintain accurate case sheets and medical records
- Record treatment details, progress notes, and discharge summaries
- Ensure all legal and hospital documentation protocols are followed
Emergency Duties
- Handle casualty/emergency cases efficiently
- Perform basic life support (BLS) / advanced life support (ALS) when required
- Attend code blue and other emergency calls
3. Administrative Responsibilities
- Follow hospital policies and protocols
- Participate in clinical audits and meetings
- Maintain duty schedules and handover reports
- Ensure proper medico-legal case handling
4. Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: MBBS (Mandatory)
- Registration: TNMC Registration must
- Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can also apply)
- Rotational shifts (Day/Night)
Pay: From ₹43,000.00 per month
