Job description:
Job Title: Engineer (Solar O&M)
Qualification:
- Diploma or B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (DEEE / BE EEE)
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Solar Operation & Maintenance (O&M)
- Experience in PSS (Pooling Sub Station) operations and maintenance is a must
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of solar power plant operations and preventive maintenance
- Expertise in troubleshooting of inverters, transformers, switchgear, and LT/HT panels
- Familiar with SCADA monitoring and fault analysis
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and energy audit practices
- Ability to lead maintenance teams and coordinate with OEMs and utility stakeholders
- Documentation and reporting of daily generation and breakdowns
