Job Title: E-Commerce Executive (Amazon Apparel Specialist - Global Marketplaces)

Job Summary
We are looking for an on-site, data-driven E-Commerce Executive to manage and scale our fashion brand across both Amazon.in and Amazon.com. Operating entirely via Seller Central, you will handle parent-child apparel variations, coordinate local and international logistics (FBA & FBA Export), optimize global PPC campaigns, and adapt listing strategies to suit both Indian and US fashion buyers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Multi-Marketplace Catalog & Variation Management
- Manage parent-child variations for complex clothing lines (sizes, colors, fits) via flat-files and variation wizards across Amazon.in and Amazon.com.
- Optimize apparel listings using localised Amazon SEO (e.g., targeting regional Indian festive wear terms vs. US seasonal fashion terms).
- Adapt measurement metrics on listing images and sizing charts to accurately match local standards (e.g., US size charts vs. Indian size charts) to minimize global return rates. [1]
- Maintain cross-border Brand Stores and A+ Content to reflect seasonal lookbooks aligned with local timelines (e.g., Diwali/Wedding season in India vs. Fall/Winter/Holiday season in the US).
2. Global PPC & Promotional Strategy
- Execute high-ROI PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) customised for the distinct bidding landscapes of Amazon.in and Amazon.com. [1, 2]
- Manage advertising budgets to hit aggressive ACoS and ROAS targets across both marketplaces.
- Strategise promotional calendars, alignment with global sales events like Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday (US) alongside Great Indian Festival and Republic Day Sales (India).
3. Cross-Border Supply Chain & FBA Logistics
- Coordinate domestic FBA shipments for Amazon.in and navigate international shipment compliance/documentation for Amazon.com FBA.
- Forecast size-level inventory dynamically, considering distinct shipping lead times for domestic Indian warehouses versus US-bound customs and freight shipping.
- Monitor Inventory Performance Index (IPI) scores on both accounts to optimize storage fees and prevent out-of-stock situations on high-demand apparel items. [1, 2, 3, 4]
4. Return Analysis & Account Health
- Monitor global account health daily, quickly addressing policy warnings, Voice of the Customer (VoC) alerts, or intellectual property issues on either marketplace.
- Analyze returns data specific return data to fix repetitive fit issues
5. Analytics & Competitor Intelligence
- Pull and synthesize reports from Amazon Business Reports and Brand Analytics to evaluate global sales velocities and profit margins.
- Track price sensitivity and promotional activities of competing clothing brands in both the Indian and US e-commerce landscapes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Management, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of direct experience managing Amazon Seller Central, with a proven track record handling both Amazon.in and Amazon.com.
- Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in the Apparel/Textile sector, with strong knowledge of clothing size variations and seasonal fashion cycles.
- Technical Skills: Expert in flat files, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
- Work Arrangement: Willingness to work regular, full-time on-site hours at our office.
