About the Role
We are seeking a confident and goal-driven Inside Sales Executive to manage inbound and outbound sales activities. This role is designed for individuals who enjoy building relationships over the phone and digital channels, and who are passionate about turning conversations into conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured sales calls with prospects to understand their needs and present relevant offerings.
- Carry out timely and professional follow-ups via phone, email, and WhatsApp to maintain lead engagement.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities in coordination with the marketing and growth teams.
- Update and manage CRM records to reflect accurate lead status, conversations, and deal progression.
- Address prospect queries, handle objections, and lead negotiations to closure.
- Support the execution of digital outreach initiatives including email campaigns and WhatsApp broadcasts.
- Ensure new clients are handed over smoothly to internal teams post-conversion.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a sharp sales edge.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills, clear, persuasive, and professional over phone and digital platforms.
- Effective written communication for email and messaging-based outreach.
- Basic understanding of inside sales techniques, lead scoring, and CRM usage.
- Experience with WhatsApp Business or email marketing tools is a bonus.
- Ability to manage a high volume of leads and prioritize effectively under targets.
- Proficient in MS Office; comfortable adapting to new CRM systems.
