Back Office Executive

About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day administrative and operational activities, maintain records, manage emails, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth business processes for our overseas clients.
This role is suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates and offers excellent opportunities for learning and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and files with high accuracy.
- Prepare reports, invoices, and other administrative documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and office communications efficiently.
- Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, schedules, and office events.
- Work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks while collaborating effectively with team members.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce graduates preferred).
- Freshers can apply; 1–3 years of experience in back office, administration, or operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills with professional phone handling abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts when required.
- Good attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of accounting or ERP systems will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate in a team, and manage tasks efficiently.
Important Note
Candidates should be willing to travel to Gandhinagar, Gujarat for the initial 2–3 months of training. After the training period, the primary work location will be Science City, Ahmedabad.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
