- Manage day-to-day HR administrative activities and employee coordination.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Assist in recruitment activities including resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Coordinate joining formalities and maintain employee files.
- Support HR policies, employee engagement activities, and internal communication.
- Handle office administration tasks and coordinate with different departments.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.
- Coordinate with management for employee-related matters.
Sales Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and identify potential clients.
- Contact prospective customers and explain company products/services.
- Follow up with clients and maintain good customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain sales records and update CRM/database.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
Required Skills:
