· OUTPATIENT: Counseling of walk-in and appointment patients
· Assessing fitness for coupon patients and referring them for ANC online sessions or consultations as per clinical assessment
· Consultations as per Digi-Doc appointment line-up to have 100% compliance with right clinical assessment.
· Assess and provide treatment for antenatal patients
· Assess postnatal clients for diastasis recti
· Assess and treat urinary incontinence
· Assess and treat gynecological issues like prolapse, endometriosis, or vaginismus (need to certified in Pelvic floor rehabilitation or an MPT in OBG)
· Assess and treat musculoskeletal issues in antenatal and postnatal clients
· Use of therapeutic modalities
· Maintain LifeTrenz (LT) documentation for every patient assessment
· Facilitate Lamaze sessions to prepare couples for normal birth
· Conduct 'Management of Baby Affairs' sessions
· Participate in ANC workshops online and baby showers
· Deliver PAN India webinars
· Attend outdoor camps/events for one-on-one consultations
· Submit monthly data and QIPs on time
· Weekly doctor meetings to improve referrals
· Manage high-risk pregnancies and complications like GDM, placenta previa
· Follow up with patients regularly
· Maintain OPD notes, assessments, and OPD monthly list
· Provide inpatient physiotherapy based on mode of delivery
· Counsel inpatients on day two post-delivery and educate families
· Educate and prescribe TENs application postpartum
· Ensure TENS is applied by trained nurses under supervision
· Track midnight admissions and Edit patient list
· Distribute educational leaflets on ergonomics, posture, exercises
· Advise follow-up visits at 2 and 6 weeks post-delivery
· Make LT entries and maintain progress notes
· Supervise musculoskeletal, post-operative, and chest physiotherapy cases
NICU PICU Role:
· Smooth transition and readiness to handle both NICU and PICU responsibilities
· Must undergo specialized training in Neonatal and PICU physiotherapy
· Conduct parent counselling for NICU; discharge counselling of NICU babies
· Perform regular audits and support DSC implementation
· Ensure accurate documentation in Life Trenz (LT) and contribute to improving quality of care
· Role is ongoing with monthly review
· NICU and PICU consults must be provided for all eligible neonates upon admission across units requiring physiotherapy intervention
· Keep physiotherapy leaflets ready for ANC and Lamaze sessions
· Respond to patient emails and queries
· Meet consultants and doctors to discuss cases and referrals
· Undertake responsibilities outlined in the KRA
· Address community queries with TAT focus
· Submit OPD list, LT billing for IP + OP, and PPT (monthly summary) to HODs
· Write articles for blogs, media, and Cloudnine Connect
· Conduct webinars for corporates, community, and CMEs
· Participate in quarterly or bi-annual QIPs
· Conduct training sessions for Nursing Dept., HR induction, and staff
· Attend corporate talks, sessions, and initiatives
· Support team members during leave or emergencies
· Provide remote consultation and coverage as needed

· Initiate new services as per center needs (e.g., PCOS, NICU, Fertility, Weight loss, Pelvic Floor Rehab) need to be clinically approved by HOD
