Key Responsibilities
- Review architectural, interior, and furniture manufacturing drawings.
- Prepare detailed BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and material take-offs.
- Estimate material, hardware, labor, machining, finishing, transportation, and installation costs.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare project cost sheets, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Procurement, and Project teams for costing inputs.
- Maintain updated databases of material prices, labor rates, and vendor costs.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options.
- Monitor project variations and revise estimates when required.
- Support management with budgeting and profitability analysis.
Pay: ₹15,606.73 - ₹20,000.00 per month
