Head – Operations & Maintenance (O&M)
Qualification:
B.Tech in Mechanical / Industrial Production / Electrical Engineering
Experience:
8–10 years in Operations & Maintenance
Job Purpose:
To lead and optimize end-to-end plant operations and maintenance by ensuring safe, efficient, and zero-emission processes, driving equipment commissioning and reliability, strengthening maintenance capabilities through SMP/SOP execution and team development, and enabling uninterrupted production through proactive resource, spare, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure plant safety, compliance, and zero dust/fume emission
- Preparation and implementation of SMP/SOP for maintenance activities
- Handle erection and commissioning of plant equipment and systems
- Drive preventive and predictive maintenance activities
- Manage equipment reliability, breakdown reduction, and operational efficiency
- Ensure timely execution and closure of AO, VSAP, and QMS activities
- Spare planning, inventory management, and procurement coordination
- Train and develop maintenance and operations teams

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
