Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Service Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and repair of scientific and laboratory instruments at customer sites. The ideal candidate should be willing to travel, possess strong technical knowledge, and be committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- installation, and demonstrate scientific/laboratory instruments.
- Breakdown servicing.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues.
- Calibrate instruments according to company standards.
- Train customers on the proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Prepare service reports after each site visit.
- Coordinate with the technical support team to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain service records and submit daily reports.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective service.
- Travel to customer sites across India as required.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of electrical, electronics, and instrumentation.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical problems.
- Hands-on experience with testing tools such as multimeters.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
- Ability to work independently and manage field assignments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
