A Production Planning Executive orchestrates manufacturing workflows. They analyze demand forecasts, align material and labor resources, and develop production schedules. Ultimately, their goal is to optimize efficiency, minimize costs, and guarantee on-time delivery of customer orders. Core responsibilities are typically broken down into the following key areas:1. Scheduling & Workflow Planning
- Develop and manage detailed daily/weekly/monthly production schedules based on sales forecasts and incoming orders.
- Coordinate within departments for ongoing progress efficiently across manufacturing lines.
- Coordinate the timely release of work orders to the shop floor to maintain steady operations.
2. Inventory & Supply Chain Management
- Monitor raw material stock levels to prevent bottlenecks and shortages.
- Collaborate closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure inputs arrive precisely when needed.
- Maintain optimal inventory balances to reduce carrying costs without risking production delays.
3. Monitoring & Troubleshooting
- Track daily production progress against set timelines to ensure adherence to the schedule.
4. Process Optimization & Reporting
- Analyze historical production data to identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, and implement process improvements.
- Prepare and present performance reports (KPIs) to upper management.
- Ensure all operations remain compliant with safety regulations and quality standards.
Any graduate with 2+ years of experience in manufacturing unit.
Computer proficiency with good communication verbal/written required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
