Role Overview ;
As a Helpdesk Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for incoming customer who are the victims of cyber frauds. You will utilize your analytical skills to understand customer concerns, provide prompt guidance, and ensure an exceptional service experience while maintaining professional standards in 1930 Cyber Crime Call Centre.
Key Responsibilities ;
- Inbound Support: Answer incoming customer calls promptly, politely, and professionally within established timelines.
- Ticket Creation: Accurately log, categorize, and create service tickets based on the details provided during customer queries.
- Issue Assessment: Actively listen to customer queries, understand their specific concerns, and accurately evaluate the nature of their requests.
- Resolution & Escalation: Provide immediate guidance and appropriate solutions, or efficiently route complex cases to the authorized department for further handling.
- Quality Assurance: Consistently meet established performance benchmarks, service guidelines, and customer satisfaction goals.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
