- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring processes (job postings, resume screening, interviews) and coordinate new hire orientations to ensure seamless integration.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Policy & Compliance: Develop, update, and implement company HR policies while ensuring adherence to local labor laws and regulations.
- Performance & Development: Monitor performance appraisal cycles, manage feedback systems, and identify employee training needs.
- Administration & Payroll: Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, leave tracking, and maintaining accurate employee records using HRIS platforms.
- Engagement & Retention: Plan employee engagement activities to boost morale, monitor turnover metrics, and conduct exit interviews.
