Job Description
- Dispensing & Fitting
- Dispense accurate prescriptions and fit spectacles, contact lenses, and other optical aids.
- Refraction & Consultation
- Perform refraction and basic diagnosis to meet customer needs.
- Advise customers on:
- Lens types, frames, and styling
- Contact lens fitting and care
- Low vision aids
- Spectacle adjustments and minor repairs
- Inventory Management
- Manage inventory of lenses and optical products.
- Provide inputs for replenishment and ordering.
- Reporting
- Share regular qualitative and quantitative reports on sales, stock, and customer preferences.
- Quality Control & Consultation
- Ensure accuracy of eye measurements.
- Audit fitments and dispensing techniques of opticians.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex cases.

D. Optom / B. Optom / M. Optom
Experience
0–6 years
Skills & Competencies
- Welcome customers professionally
- Explain Vision Express products and services
- Educate customers on the VX 6-step eye test (free of cost)
- Recommend suitable products based on needs
- Ensure timely delivery and after-sales service
- Follow backend processes as per schedule
- Escalate unresolved issues to Store Manager when required
