Key Responsibilities :-
- Ensure smooth flow of patients in OPD, IPD, and diagnostic departments.
- Assist patients and attendants with directions, appointments, and services.
- Resolve patient complaints or issues on the hospital floor promptly.
- Coordinate between doctors, nursing staff, technicians, and reception.
- Monitor staff performance and discipline on the floor.
- Coordinate with laboratory, radiology, and other departments for timely reports.
- Monitor that all services provided to patients are properly recorded.
- Ensure patient movement within the hospital is smooth and safe.
- Emergency Handling
- Prepare daily reports on patient flow, issues, and staff performance.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle patient complaints politely.
Strong coordination and management ability.
Basic knowledge of hospital operations.
Qualification
Graduate in any field (Hospital Administration preferred)
