Join a growing client services team and play a key role in helping customers successfully implement, adopt, and maximize the value of a leading software platform.
This is a customer-facing opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, driving product adoption, and bridging the gap between business and technology.
Key Qualifications:
✅ 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager, Product Owner, Product SME, Lead Developer, or similar role
✅ Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes
✅ Computer Science or related technical background
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅ Experience leading product implementations, onboarding, or delivery programs
✅ Ability to engage with stakeholders, understand business needs, and deliver effective solutions
Nice to Have:
Exposure to Application Security, DevSecOps, or Threat Modeling
Experience delivering instructor-led training
Familiarity with SD Elements or similar platforms
What You'll Do:
Lead customer implementations and product rollouts
Drive user adoption and customer success initiatives
Build trusted client relationships and act as a strategic advisor
Deliver training and enablement sessions
Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams
Identify opportunities to increase customer value and engagement
Location: Remote (Eastern Time Zone)
Travel: Occasional travel may be required
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
