Employment Type Temporary-to-hire, with eligibility for permanent
employment after a successful 3-month probation
period.
Basic salary: ₹20,000/month during the probation
period, increasing to ₹25,000+/month upon
confirmation as a permanent employee, plus an
incentive/commission percentage.
This is a consultant engagement with a U.S.-based
company — no tax deductions (TDS/PF) apply, and the
full monthly salary amount is paid directly. No
additional formal benefits (e.g., health insurance) are
offered at this time.

and faculty pursuing residency placement in the United States.
The Enrollment Specialist will support student enrollment for postgraduate entrance examination coaching programs
(institutions such as Bhatia, DAMS, Marrow, and Prepladder) and for MD and postgraduate programs at Naturopathy,
Ayurveda, and Homeopathy colleges and universities.
Position Summary
The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for engaging prospective students, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments,
following up consistently, and guiding applicants through the admissions process. This is a phone-based, high-volume
outreach role requiring excellent English communication skills, strong organization, and CRM discipline.

● Comfortable making outbound calls every day
● Experience updating CRM records accurately
● Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
● Contact prospective students via phone, email, text, and CRM tasks
● Respond quickly to new inquiries
● Conduct discovery conversations to understand student goals
● Schedule appointments for info calls and related sessions
● Guide applicants through the enrollment process
● Maintain accurate CRM notes after every interaction
● Complete daily outreach goals and follow-up activities
● Work closely with the U.S. Enrollment team
● Provide exceptional customer service throughout the student journey
Qualifications
● 5+ years in admissions, inside sales, customer service, or call center experience
● Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
● Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
● Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls
● Strong computer skills
● Reliable high-speed internet connection
● Quiet home office environment with a computer
● Bachelor's degree
