Job Title: Telecaller / Student Counselor
Location: Kochi, Kerala
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller / Student Counselor to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counseling skills to guide prospective students, handle inquiries, and convert leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students through inbound and outbound calls.
- Counsel students regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and online inquiries.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for a seamless enrollment process.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents by providing timely support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, student counseling, sales, customer support, or admissions.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the Education / EdTech sector will be an added advantage.
