Job Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through calls, visits, and networking.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare quotations and follow up for orders.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain daily reports in CRM / Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Dispatch, Accounts, Purchase, Production).
Key Skills Required:
- Good communication & negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Email).
- Willingness to learn & grow in sales.
- Positive attitude and teamwork.
