Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager with real estate experience to handle customer interactions, KYC verification, legal document collection, token management, and registration processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships and post-sales support
- Collect and verify KYC and legal documents
- Coordinate registration and token processes
- Follow up with customers for documentation and payments
- Ensure smooth customer onboarding and transaction completion
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in Real Estate CRM
- Knowledge of KYC, legal documentation, registration, and token processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Office and record management
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
