Lead all store Customer Care Managers from Central Office. Handle daily customer issues, train store teams, and work on improving customer experience. Will be the main person representing the brand for all customer matters.
Required: Graduate, Extrovert, Smart, Excellent communication (Fluent English) & problem-solving skills. Prior experience in customer handling & training is a must.
