Summary of the Job
We want an Academic Counselor who is driven and cares about students to help future and current students choose the right courses, support them through the enrollment process, and make sure their academic journey goes smoothly.
Duties
Talk to students and their parents about classes, career paths, and ways to get an education.
Take care of incoming and outgoing calls, questions, and walk-ins.
Clearly explain the course details, costs, and benefits.
Follow up with leads and get them to sign up.
Reach your monthly admission goals
Help students after they get in and answer their questions
What you need
Good communication and people skills
Ability to reach goals
Ability to convince and have a good attitude
Skills That Are Important
Having experience in sales or counseling is a plus.
Can speak both English and Malayalam well
