Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage financial operations, statutory compliance, taxation, budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting for our lab-grown diamond manufacturing and retail business. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of inventory accounting, GST, TDS, audits, and financial controls.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital.
- Develop financial budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and financial reporting.
Taxation & Compliance
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC compliances.
- Prepare and file statutory returns within deadlines.
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and applicable laws.
Inventory & Costing
- Monitor inventory valuation of lab-grown diamonds, jewellery, and raw materials.
- Conduct cost analysis for manufacturing and procurement.
- Reconcile inventory with ERP and physical stock.
- Analyze product profitability and margins.
Audit & Internal Controls
- Establish internal financial controls and SOPs.
- Manage internal and external audit requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare MIS reports for management.
- Present financial insights and profitability reports.
- Track KPIs including revenue, expenses, gross margin, EBITDA, and cash flow.
- Support management with financial planning and strategic decisions.
Banking & Treasury
- Manage banking relationships.
- Handle fund planning, payments, and reconciliations.
- Coordinate loan documentation and banking compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified.
- 3–8 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in jewellery, diamonds, manufacturing, retail, luxury goods, or export industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and auditing.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally Prime, or similar
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
