Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized RMC Site Follower to manage site coordination activities, monitor operational performance, and ensure smooth communication between site teams and the Tamil Nadu office team. The candidate will be responsible for tracking billing quantities, monitoring daily site activities, managing operational records, and preparing reports for management review.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and follow up on billing quantities and ensure accurate recording of site production and dispatch details.
- Coordinate with the Tamil Nadu office team regarding operational requirements and project updates.
- Track and monitor daily site activities and operational performance.
- Follow up on vehicle-related issues including breakdowns, maintenance requirements, and repair status.
- Monitor and maintain employee attendance records and workforce deployment details.
- Track diesel consumption and monitor diesel-related expenses.
- Follow up and coordinate service and maintenance activities for plant machinery, vehicles, and other assets.
- Monitor asset utilization and maintain records of equipment performance and maintenance schedules.
- Follow up on payment receivables from site operations and coordinate with concerned teams for collection status.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Submit reports and key performance updates to Directors and management on a timely basis.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for site operations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve site-related issues and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in any relevant field.
- Experience in RMC operations, site coordination, or construction-related activities preferred.
- Good knowledge of billing processes and quantity tracking.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and reporting tools.
- Ability to maintain records and prepare management reports.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in RMC, construction, site coordination, or related operations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
