Job Summary:
The Electrical & Electronics Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining electrical and electronic systems and equipment. The role ensures efficient performance, safety compliance, and continuous improvement of electrical operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electrical circuits, systems, and components
- Prepare technical drawings, layouts, and specifications
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical equipment and systems
- Conduct testing, inspection, and quality checks of electrical products
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Analyze system performance and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution
- Prepare technical reports and documentation
- Support production, maintenance, and field operations
- Handle automation systems, PLCs, and control panels (if applicable)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering
- 1–5 years of relevant experience (freshers may apply for junior roles)
- Knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and control systems
- Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, MATLAB, or similar software
- Understanding of safety standards and electrical codes
Required Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good knowledge of electrical and electronic components
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Time management and project handling ability
Preferred Skills (Optional):
- Experience with PLC, SCADA, or automation systems
- Knowledge of embedded systems or IoT
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments

Salary Range:
As per industry standards and experience
