*About The Role:*
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and prior experience in sales/customer handling.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls/emails professionally
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain customer records and follow up for sales closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Achieve monthly sales/customer satisfaction targets
*Requirements:*
- Minimum Graduation (Any stream)
- Minimum 1 Year of Experience in Sales / Customer Care
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
