Production Supervisor – 3 Shift Operations
Position: Production Supervisor

Qualification: Diploma / ITI – Mechanical / Production
Shift: 3 Rotational Shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise production activities across 3 shifts.
- Allocate manpower and machines as per the production plan.
- Monitor production target vs. actual output.
- Ensure production is completed as per quality standards and timelines.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Dispatch departments.
- Monitor machine downtime, rejection, rework and production losses.
- Maintain shift-wise production reports and records.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines and raw materials.
- Implement safety procedures and ensure PPE compliance.
- Handle shift handover and communicate pending activities to the next shift.
- Identify production issues and take corrective action.
- Maintain discipline and productivity of workers.
- Ensure housekeeping and 5S practices on the shop floor.
Shift Pattern
- Shift A: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Shift B: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Shift C: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Note: Shifts will be rotational as per the production schedule.
Pay: ₹10,297.09 - ₹34,186.52 per month
