We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Interior Project Manager to lead and manage interior design and fit-out projects from concept to completion. Based in Bangalore, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior project planning, client management, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end interior design and fit-out projects including planning, execution, and handover
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scope of work
- Coordinate with clients, designers, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget
- Conduct regular site visits to review work quality and address issues
- Review and approve design drawings, BOQs, and material specifications
- Prepare and present project status reports to clients and senior management
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and client requirements
- Manage project documentation including contracts, invoices, and change orders
- Lead and mentor site engineers and project support staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in interior project management or fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction methodologies
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
