ZBrush Design Sculptor / 3D Artist

About the Role
Nevyati Engineering Consultancy LLP is looking for a talented ZBrush Sculptor / 3D Designer to create high-quality digital models for product development, prototyping, visualization, and advanced manufacturing workflows. The ideal candidate will bring strong artistic sense along with technical understanding of model preparation for production.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed 3D sculpts and organic/hard-surface models using ZBrush.
- Convert concepts, sketches, or references into production-ready assets.
- Optimize models for 3D printing, rendering, or downstream CAD workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams for feasibility and improvements.
- Prepare files, meshes, and exports in required formats.
- Participate in reviews and implement feedback quickly.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in ZBrush.
- Understanding of anatomy, form, detailing, and proportions (for organic work) or precision modeling (for hard surface).
- Ability to interpret design briefs and technical requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in digital sculpting or 3D modeling.
- Experience with other tools such as Blender, Maya, or similar.
- Familiarity with 3D printing and rendering pipelines.
