We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across technical and non-technical domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Naukri.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Post job openings and track candidate applications.
- Maintain recruitment databases and reports.
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring requirements.

Pay: ₹3,50,000 – ₹5,50,000 per year
