An IT Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting an organization's computer systems, networks, and IT equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
- Install and maintain Windows, applications, drivers, and updates.
- Provide technical support to users and resolve IT-related issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and basic network connectivity.
- Maintain IT inventory and equipment records.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance and system checks.
- Support CCTV/IP cameras, DVR/NVR, biometric devices, and other security systems where required.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the IT administrator or network team.
- Maintain documentation of service requests and technical issues.
Education / Qualification
- Minimum: 12th Pass with computer knowledge.
- Preferred: Diploma or Graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
- Suitable qualifications include - 10TH , 12TH AND BCA/B.Sc IT
- Relevant hardware, networking, or IT support certifications are an advantage.

Experience: Freshers may be considered; 1–2 years of IT support/hardware & networking experience is preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
