We are looking for a responsible and organized Front Office staff to manage day-to-day administrative and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and draft client quotations, proposals, and invoices accurately.
- Maintain daily accounts, expense records, and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers.
- Assist in purchase orders and vendor payments coordination.
- Manage office documentation, filing, and data entry.
- Support management in day-to-day operational activities.
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word
- Basic accounting knowledge
Preferred Qualification:
- Graduate in Commerce/Arts/ / Business Administration / Any relevant field
- Fresher can apply
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
