Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Manage recruitment: Execute end-to-end hiring for both operational and corporate roles, including seasonal/temporary staff.
Onboarding: Coordinate and conduct comprehensive orientations for new hires, ensuring they align with brand standards.
Diversity & Retention: Identify strategies to improve gender diversity and decrease employee turnover rates.
Employee Relations & Welfare conflict resolution: Act as the first point of contact for staff queries, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
Staff welfare: Oversee staff facilities such as cafeterias, transport, and colleague accommodations to ensure maximum comfort.
Engagement: Coordinate sports, social events, and recognition programs to build a positive work environment.
Compliance & Operations labor laws: Ensure strict compliance with regional employment laws, minimum wage acts, and work permit regulations.
Payroll & Attendance: Oversee attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs, while ensuring proper maintenance of confidential employee records.
Training & Performance training coordination: Identify staff training needs in coordination with department heads.
Performance metrics: Assist in managing Key Performance Indicators and collating periodic performance reviews.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
