A Front Office Executive is the face of an organization. They manage the reception area, serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, and provide vital administrative support to ensure smooth daily business operations.
Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome guests, maintain a professional, clean reception area, and manage visitor logs.
- Communication Handling: Answer and route incoming calls, take messages, and respond to email inquiries.
- Correspondence: Sort, log, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages.
- Administrative Support: Schedule appointments, coordinate meeting room bookings, and type/file office documents.
- Vendor & Inventory Management: Track office supply levels, order stationery, and coordinate with vendors for facility maintenance.
- Attendance & Security: Monitor employee attendance, issue temporary access passes, and oversee lobby security.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in local and business languages English, Hindi.
- Interpersonal: A warm, friendly demeanor with strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle a high-paced, ever-changing environment without losing focus.
- Technical: Proficiency with EPBX systems, MS Office (Word, Excel), and general office equipment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Business Administration or Hospitality is highly valued).
- Experience: Typically 1 to 3+ years of experience in customer service, reception, or office administration.
Pay: ₹9,815.01 - ₹15,553.62 per month
