Front Office Executive / Receptionist & Telecaller – Job Description
Ahuja’s Homeopathic Clinic is looking for professional and well-spoken Front Office Executives / Receptionists & Telecallers to manage front desk operations, patient coordination, and calling activities across clinic branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and guide patients at the front desk
- Handle appointment scheduling and patient inquiries
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and visits
- Handle telecalling and patient coordination activities
- Maintain patient records and registration details
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for smooth operations
- Handle basic administrative and front office tasks
Requirements
- Graduate or pursuing graduation (English medium preferred)
- Good communication and calling skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Confident, presentable, and patient-friendly personality
- Candidate should be from Noida only
Location
Sector 61, 78 & 48, Noida
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
