Position: Territory Sales Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Territory Sales Engineer to drive sales and business development activities within the assigned territory. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, providing technical solutions to customers, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for the company's products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales activities within the assigned territory.
- Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical documentation as required.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and support teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, orders, and payment collections.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer records, and activity reports.
- Travel extensively within Gurgaon and surrounding regions for client meetings and site visits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, industrial sales, engineering sales, or business development.
Required Skills
- Strong technical understanding and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to customers effectively.
- Customer-centric and target-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage territory operations.
